Public Offer Agreement

1. Subject of the Offer

Intermodul LLP (ТОО «Интермодул») (the "Seller") offers individuals and legal entities (the "Buyer") the opportunity to purchase modular buildings, block containers, shift worker camps and related services on the terms set out in this public offer.

Acceptance of this offer occurs upon signing a sale/supply agreement or payment of an invoice.

2. Order Procedure

1. The Buyer submits a request via the website, by phone, or by email.
2. The Seller sends a commercial proposal within 1 business day.
3. Once terms are agreed, the parties sign a contract.
4. The Buyer makes an advance payment in accordance with the contract terms.
5. The Seller manufactures and delivers the products within the agreed timeframe.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and include 12% VAT. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Seller's account. Installment payment or financing through leasing companies is available by separate agreement.

4. Manufacturing and Delivery Times

Standard manufacturing time is 7–21 business days, depending on configuration and order volume. Delivery times are specified in the contract depending on the destination region.

5. Warranty

The warranty period for the steel structure is 3 (three) years from the date of handover. Electrical equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–2 years). The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or force majeure.

6. Returns and Claims

Quality claims are accepted in writing within 30 days of receipt. The Seller will review the claim within 10 business days and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, will remedy it at its own expense.

7. Liability of the Parties

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if a resolution cannot be reached, in the court at the Seller's place of business.
