Pricing
A bytovka is built by us from scratch: a welded steel frame of profile tube with sandwich-panel walls and roof. Budget-series lengths are 2.435, 6.055 and 12.192 m.

Cabins converted from shipping or rail containers
The second family is a converted shipping or rail container: corrugated steel walls, a cast perimeter frame, insulated and lined inside. The structure is fundamentally different, so the price is too. This shell takes frequent transport and stacking better, but the insulation eats into the internal width.

The site relocates often, you need maximum shell strength and the ability to stack modules, or you need 40 ft of length in a single unit.
