Rapid-Build Buildings in Kazakhstan
Rapid-build buildings are assembled on site from factory-made elements: office and residential blocks, canteens, retail buildings, warehouses, workshops and repair bays. INTERMODULE builds them using two technologies — from volumetric block modules and on a steel frame with sandwich panels.
What is a rapid-build building
A rapid-build building is one whose main elements are manufactured at the factory and only assembled on site. That is why the timeline is counted in weeks, the work is almost independent of the season, and the building can be dismantled and moved. In terms of purpose, these are full-fledged buildings: with insulation, utilities and finishing.
The word "rapid-build" covers different technologies, with different prices and capabilities. Below are the two technologies INTERMODULE works with, and the types of buildings that are built with them.

If you need a compact box with a room-by-room layout that can be transported, modular technology is the fit. If you need a large span without internal columns, height for machinery or an overhead crane, a steel frame is the fit. The two technologies are often combined in one facility: a steel-frame workshop with an attached modular administrative block.

The starting price depends on the technology. Volumetric modular buildings of the Standard series — from 155,200 ₸/m² excl. VAT · 180,000 ₸/m² incl. VAT. Steel-frame buildings — from 80,000 ₸/m² excl. VAT · 92,800 incl. VAT.
The starting price of the Standard series applies to the basic configuration described in the technical description of the Standard series (PDF). Options and deviations from the basic configuration are priced separately.
- Included in the starting price: frame, insulated enclosing structures, roof, windows and doors.
- Priced separately: foundation, external networks, delivery to site and process equipment.
The exact price is determined by the project: building purpose, area, insulation thickness, utilities and finishing. The plant is located near Astana, so installation starts fastest in the capital and Akmola Region. To other regions we ship the structures factory-ready and assemble them on site with our own crew — quality does not depend on distance, only logistics changes.
