Three build levels of INTERMODULE block containers
What you buy, which build level and which options are three different questions. This page answers the second: how Budget, Standard and Project differ and how to choose.

The core INTERMODULE series
A universal series system for single modules and for full modular buildings. The optimal balance of structure, fit-out, lead time and cost.
Built to the requirements of a specific site
Design and production of modular buildings to the customer's technical specification: dimensions, layout, loads, climate rating, building services and fit-out.
Three levels that are never mixed
What you buy
A block container, office or accommodation module, dormitory, canteen, site office building, sanitary module, checkpoint, workforce camp. This is the purpose; each has its own page.
Which build level
Budget, Standard or Project. The build level defines structure, fit-out and price.
Which options
Insulation and climate rating, snow load, fire requirements, electrics, ventilation, plumbing, finishes. These are parameters of a specific order.
Budget: a rational series solution
A fully functional module in the most rational base configuration, without costly extras. Chosen when price is the deciding factor and the task is clear: a changing room, a site cabin, a tool store, a guard post, a temporary office.
Series design, production from 5 working days. Single-storey, transported assembled, two units per truck.
Block container 6 × 2.435 m, Budget build: from 2,380,000 KZT incl. VAT. Other sizes and purposes: on request.
Standard: the core INTERMODULE series
The company's core series product, produced in volume and supplied as the base solution for most customers. Optimised structure, fit-out and cost; full modular buildings of up to three storeys are assembled from the same modules.
Frame of cold-formed galvanized profile with hot-dip galvanized corner fittings, double-sided fittings top and bottom, cement-bonded particleboard floor, concealed wiring, LED lighting, knock-down design for transport of 4–8 modules per truck.
Block container 6 × 2.435 m, Standard build: from 3,570,000 KZT incl. VAT per the technical description (July 2026 edition). Buildings made of modules are quoted per project.
Built from the Standard series
Project: to the customer's technical specification
Modules and buildings developed or adapted for a specific site. Especially important for EPC projects, industrial sites, power, mining and large workforce camps. The specification defines:
- dimensions and layout
- load-bearing structure, snow and wind loads
- insulation and climate rating
- exterior and interior finishes, windows and doors
- electrics, ventilation, heating and air conditioning, plumbing
- fire requirements
- equipment and the requirements of the specific industrial site

An office module, a dormitory or a canteen can be of any build level: "office module, Standard build", "dormitory, Project build". Pages by purpose:
Technological modules are a separate line
Modules for diesel generators, transformer substations and electrical equipment, pump, compressor, boiler and server rooms do not belong to the block container series. These are containers for equipment, mostly built to project specification.
