A standard site cabin (bytovka) 6×2.4 m starts from 150,000 KZT/month. Insulated office module 6×3 m from 220,000 KZT/month. Residential module from 380,000 KZT/month. Discounts: 10% from 3 months, 15% from 6 months.
What is included in the rental price?+
The rental price includes: delivery to site (within 100 km), installation and dismantling, quarterly maintenance inspection, and structure insurance. Electricity and water are paid by the tenant.
Can I rent and then buy the container?+
Yes. Rent-to-own is available: all rental payments are credited toward the purchase price. This is the most cost-effective option for rentals of 12 months or more.
How quickly can a container be delivered to site?+
We keep 200+ units in stock at our Astana yard. A single container can typically be delivered and installed within 3–5 business days. A shift worker camp complex takes 14–30 days depending on size.
