ℹ️
What is a modular building? A modular building is a permanent or semi-permanent structure assembled from volumetric steel modules, manufactured almost completely (walls, floors, ceilings, wiring, plumbing, finishes) in our factory and transported to site for final assembly. Compared to traditional construction, 80–90% of the work happens in a controlled factory environment — weather delays are eliminated and quality is consistent. Buildings can be single or multi-story, and modules can be reconfigured or relocated later.

Key Advantages

Speed

On-site assembly takes 2–6 weeks depending on size — a fraction of traditional construction timelines.

Factory Quality

Modules are built indoors under controlled conditions, with finishes, wiring and plumbing pre-installed.

All-Climate Engineering

Insulation packages and heating systems designed for the full Kazakhstan climate range, from desert heat to -45°C winters.

Scalable

Add modules later to expand the building as your needs grow — phased construction without disrupting operations.

Cost-Predictable

Fixed factory pricing reduces the cost overruns common with weather delays and on-site labor in traditional builds.

Relocatable

Entire buildings can be disassembled and moved to a new site, preserving the asset value.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a "modular building" different from a "block container"? +
Block containers are typically single, standalone units (see our Block Containers page). Modular buildings combine multiple modules into a larger, integrated structure with shared engineering systems, facades and multi-room layouts — more like a conventional building, but factory-built.
Can modular buildings have multiple floors? +
Yes, our standard steel frames support 2–4 story buildings. Taller buildings are possible with reinforced frame design — let us know your requirements during planning.
How long does a typical project take from order to occupancy? +
For a 500 m² single-story building: roughly 6–10 weeks factory production plus 2–3 weeks on-site assembly and connection of utilities — total around 2.5–3.5 months versus 8–12 months for conventional construction.
What foundation is required? +
Most modular buildings use a pile or strip foundation designed for the specific soil conditions and building load. We provide foundation drawings as part of the project package; foundation work can be done in parallel with module manufacturing.
Can the building be expanded later? +
Yes — this is one of the main advantages. We design connection points for future modules so the building can grow horizontally or vertically without major rework.
Do you provide architectural and engineering design services? +
Yes, our in-house design team develops layouts, facade designs and full engineering documentation (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) tailored to your project and local code requirements.
