What is a sanitary container? A sanitary container is a fully plumbed module providing toilets, showers, washbasins, or a combination — pre-fitted with stainless steel fixtures, water heaters, and waterproofed floors/walls at the factory. On arrival, it only needs to be connected to water supply, drainage, and electricity to become operational, making it the fastest way to add sanitary facilities to any camp or site.

Do you connect the plumbing on-site? +

The module arrives with internal plumbing complete and external connection points (supply, drain, power) clearly marked — final connection to your site\u2019s mains or septic system is done by a licensed plumber, ours or yours.

What happens to wastewater if there is no sewage connection? +

For sites without sewage infrastructure, we can advise on septic tank or holding tank solutions sized to the module\u2019s usage and arrange supply as part of the project.

Are the fixtures freeze-proof in winter? +

With the insulated package and heating, pipework is protected against freezing in normal winter operation. For seasonal shutdowns, we provide drain-down instructions to prevent freeze damage.

Can sanitary containers be combined with residential units? +

Yes, sanitary modules are frequently placed adjacent to or connected with residential container blocks to form a complete living section — see also Residential Containers.

What is the typical water and power consumption? +

A combined washroom (6m, 3-4 fixtures) typically requires approximately 3-5 kW electrical supply for water heating and a water supply capable of 0.3-0.5 l/s — exact figures depend on fixture count and usage patterns.
