ℹ️
What is a shift worker camp? A "vakhtovy gorodok" is a complete modular settlement assembled from prefabricated blocks — sleeping quarters, a canteen, sanitary modules, a medical post, a security checkpoint, banya/laundry, and administration offices. Each module is manufactured and finished in our factory, delivered by truck or rail, and assembled on-site in days rather than months. Camps are designed for autonomous operation in remote fields, with their own power, water and heating systems where required.

What's Included in a Turnkey Camp

Sleeping Modules

Single, double or quad rooms with insulated panels (100–200 mm), individual climate control, built-in furniture and wardrobes.

Canteen & Kitchen Block

Full-service dining modules for 30–500 people with commercial kitchen equipment, cold storage and ventilation.

Sanitary & Banya Modules

Showers, toilets, laundry rooms and banya/sauna blocks finished in moisture-resistant materials with stainless steel fixtures.

Medical Post

Equipped first-aid and medical modules meeting SanPiN requirements, with isolation rooms where required.

Security Checkpoint & Fencing

Guard posts, perimeter fencing and CCTV integration for camp access control.

Utilities & Power

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to deploy a shift worker camp? +
A standard 50–100 person camp can be manufactured in 4–8 weeks and assembled on-site within 1–3 weeks, depending on infrastructure complexity and site access.
Can the camp operate fully off-grid? +
Yes. We design camps with autonomous diesel generators, water storage and treatment, septic/sewage systems and diesel or electric heating for sites without grid connection.
What insulation do you recommend for northern Kazakhstan or winter drilling? +
For temperatures below -30°C we recommend 150–200 mm mineral wool panels with double-glazed windows and reinforced heating — these specifications are standard on our winter-rated modules.
Can we expand the camp later? +
Yes — modular construction allows phased expansion. We design camp layouts with future expansion zones and matching module types so additional blocks integrate seamlessly.
Do you handle transport and installation to remote sites? +
Yes, we coordinate truck and rail logistics to remote field locations across Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, including crane installation on-site.
Is rental available instead of purchase? +
Yes, we offer rental and lease-to-own programs for camps, which is common for projects with a defined operational period.
