A client should have different expectations of a company that owns a production facility, an official representative of a foreign brand, and a supplier that assembles a facility from several sources.
Own production facility
Check the production address, equipment, workshop photos, staff, production program and examples of shipments.
Brand representation
Check the representative status, the system's country of origin, stock, import lead times and the warranty scheme.
Project procurement
Clarify what the company does itself, what it buys in, and who is responsible for design, installation and the final warranty.
One company may sell several fundamentally different types of structures

Stand-alone factory-built block

System of volumetric factory-built modules
A repeatable factory-built module with provision for inter-module joining, design loads and building-services interfaces for dormitories, admin and welfare blocks, canteens and shift worker camps.
What to request before the price
Lines, shifts, modules produced per month, maximum dimensions.
Frame, steel protection, insulation, panels, design loads.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, degree of factory completion.
Product passport, drawings, certificates, inspection and test plan / factory acceptance, scope of delivery.
Main principle
Do not compare manufacturers by the final price alone. First normalize the scope of supply and the technical specifications.
