You will bring the site plan, phasing and budget together into a single request against which proposals can be compared line by line.
Why it matters
The site plan ties together the buildings, roads, walkways, external networks, service areas and fire separation distances between groups of modules. It also shows the phasing: what is built first, where to expand, and how not to block your own future networks.
The budget is split into modules, infrastructure, delivery, installation and design. Camps from different suppliers can be compared only with the same infrastructure composition and the same scope of supply.
For a large volume, it is decided in advance whether cooperation between several plants under a single compatibility standard is permitted. In that case the request includes common requirements for geometry, details, floor and ceiling elevations and acceptance, and the lead time no longer depends on the capacity of a single plant.
