Its functions determine the list of rooms, the equipment, the operating hours and the requirements for finishes, water supply and ventilation.
The list of rooms and equipment should come from the client's medical specialist or from a medical technology designer. The purpose of the specification is to define the functions and attach this list, not to copy the layout from another project.
